CLINICAL APPROACH
I follow an integrated approach that includes tools and methods from theoretical models of evidence-based practice like ACT, compassion focused therapy, sensorimotor therapy as well as mindfulness.
I feel the responsibility to constantly update my theoretical knowledge with training, courses, workshops and supervision with colleagues.
WORK EXPERIENCES
I worked for seven years in a family counselling center – in Italy – a place for psychological counseling (with adults, teenager or couples).
I worked as Social Counselor, coaching people facing a career change, and in self-help groups with family members of people with disabilities, or parents who have applied for adoptions. I have been a volunteer for years in an help line (suicide hotline).
I have worked with people with different problems: drug and alcohol abuse, psychiatric diagnoses, helpline counseling, refugees, teenagers with family and social problems. Every work experience is an important element of my professional and human training.
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST IN DENMARK
I moved to Denmark in 2016 and I’m offering my professional help, in Italian or English.
Member of the Dansk Psykolog Forening since 2020.
